Fascia : The Mycelium of the Body
A connective, communicative and adaptive web
My fascination for fascia took root during schooling at East West College of the Healing Arts. I began to think of it as the “mycelium network of the body”—a connective, communicative, and adaptive web that supports our structure, much as mycelium connects and supports a forest ecosystem.This whole-body/mind perspective guides my work. Through fascia-focused bodywork, I aim to help clients feel more connected to their bodies and relieve physical and emotional stagnation, creating more ease.
Living with chronic pain myself has deepened my appreciation for the relationship between mind and body. In my own healing, bodywork that supports this connection and allows for the stories to let go has been a meaningful source of relief. That experience shapes the care and understanding I bring to each session.

Nature knows how to heal itself, and so does your body. I am here to help listen and support what your body says it needs, to be a facilitator for your healing. I specialize in trauma-sensitive sessions that supports nervous system regulation and honors the connection between mind and body.As a licensed massage therapist with a psychology/dance degree and a yoga certification, I am passionate about helping people find their way to feeling their best. I hold space for communication between your body and mind to create what you desire for this phase of you.You can usually find me with my kiddo and friends, adventuring in and around our beautiful waters and forests, reading on my back porch in the sun or cozy inside, or in the garden then the kitchen making a delicious meal to share with my community from our bountiful local food sources.
